Payment Methods
Methods of payment currently accepted are PayPal and Check or Money Order. You do not need to have a PayPal Account to use the PayPal payment method, a credit card is sufficient.
Shipping and Returns
Shipments from Carolyn's Stamp Store originate from St. Louis, Missouri, and will be shipped by U.S.P.S. First Class Mail.
Customers Outside the U.S.
Currently the shopping cart is only configured for shipping to US addresses. Until I figure out how to do the foriegn shipping correctly, foreign customers please email me directly listing the items you want, and I'll return your email with the total, and if you're still interested, an alternate payment method.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please notify me as soon as possible so we can arrange for a return of the product and either a refund or replacement as appropriate.

All copyrightable images in the Carolyn's Stamp Store rubber stamp collection are copyright © 2003-2006 by Carolyn Hasenfratz. You are permitted to sell arts and crafts hand-stamped with these images. Electronic or mechanical reproduction of these images for commercial purposes is not allowed. Publication of artwork incorporating these designs as part of a finished piece is allowed if credit for the source of the stamps is given.
Postal-type imagery is for making art only and not for trying to fool the Post Office! Any illegal use of these images is not permitted. If you have questions about using these images in your artwork, whether technical, copyright-related, or otherwise, don't be shy, please contact me.
